Gather the right information first

Have sender and recipient details, the service description, dates and agreed price ready. Decide whether you are billing one service or several line items. A clear service period helps identify the work. Resolve missing information before sending the invoice instead of waiting for a question from the customer.

Build understandable line items and totals

Enter the quantity and price for each item and check the calculated amounts. Choose the tax treatment appropriate to the transaction. Describe the work clearly enough for the recipient to compare it with the order or agreement. Generic wording such as “work as agreed” can leave important details unclear.

Read the actual PDF before sending it

Check the completed preview as well as the input fields: recipient, number, dates, totals and payment information. Download the PDF or print it. If the recipient needs a structured e-invoice, the PDF step alone is insufficient; that requires a separate export workflow.

Your workflow

Three steps towards a clear routine

  1. Gather invoice details and the agreed scope of work.

  2. Enter line items and review the tax settings.

  3. Check the PDF, download it and provide it to the recipient.

In practice

One service assignment, two line items

You are billing a consultation and the documentation prepared afterwards. Enter them separately so the scope remains clear. Check that the payment terms are understandable and the bank details are correct. This example illustrates a workflow; check any additional information required for your particular transaction.

FAQ

Common questions

Clear answers before you begin.

Can I create an invoice without registering?

You need an account to create and save invoices in INVOXA. You can start with Free without a credit card.

Is a PDF automatically an e-invoice?

No. An ordinary PDF does not contain structured invoice data. XML formats have a separate workflow.

Can I change something after viewing the preview?

Check the document status. Correct a draft before sending; for an invoice already issued, follow the appropriate correction process.

Do I need to install anything?

No. INVOXA runs in a browser. You need an account and an internet connection for the regular workflow.

Which features are available in my plan?

The current pricing comparison shows document allowances and included features. Customer management, expenses, team access and additional exports have their own permissions; free registration does not automatically unlock everything.
