Create a free quote with a clearly defined scope

A useful quote answers the important questions before work starts: what will you deliver, what does it cost and which conditions apply? INVOXA helps you present that agreement clearly.

Explain the scope before presenting the price

Describe the result your customer will receive. Break larger jobs into understandable items and identify the boundaries of the work. This makes comparison easier and reduces the chance that a short price line will be interpreted as a promise to include extra services.

Review quantities, prices and conditions together

Enter the agreed units and prices, then check the total. Use the available document text fields for relevant conditions, such as validity, payment arrangements or prerequisites for starting. Review the wording in the context of your own business and the particular assignment.

Use the quote as a reference for billing

Keep the proposed services traceable when preparing the later invoice. Record any new agreement if the scope changes. Compare the quote with the work actually completed before billing. The invoice should explain a change instead of presenting an unexpectedly different total.

Your workflow

Three steps towards a clear routine

  1. Break the purpose and scope of the assignment into line items.

  2. Add prices, validity and relevant conditions.

  3. Read the PDF, share the quote and document subsequent changes.

In practice

A photography session with clear boundaries

You offer a photography session, image selection and editing. Describe the session scope and the number of edited images separately. Agree additional images as a separate service. The customer can see what is included before commissioning the work, and you can use the same structure when billing.

FAQ

Common questions

Clear answers before you begin.

Do quotes count towards the free allowance?

Yes. Quotes and invoices share the Free document allowance. The current pricing comparison shows the available limit.

Is a quote already an invoice?

No. A quote describes proposed work and its conditions. Prepare a separate invoice document for billing.

Can I send a quote as a PDF?

Download the PDF and share it through your chosen channel. Integrated email delivery depends on the features available to your account.

Do I need to install anything?

No. INVOXA runs in a browser. You need an account and an internet connection for the regular workflow.

Which features are available in my plan?

The current pricing comparison shows document allowances and included features. Customer management, expenses, team access and additional exports have their own permissions; free registration does not automatically unlock everything.
