Get the records right before relying on reports

Reports are only as reliable as the information behind them. First check that invoices are complete, payments are correctly assigned and expense receipts are present. A visually convincing overview cannot compensate for missing documents or incorrectly entered amounts.

Follow a manageable monthly process

Begin with services that have not yet been billed. Then check outstanding invoices and confirmed payments. Add expenses afterwards and review uncertain classifications. This order separates your tasks and helps avoid confusing a missing receipt with an unpaid customer balance.

Prepare a purposeful handover

Ask your tax adviser which documents and export formats they need. PDF, CSV and other exports serve different purposes and have different plan requirements. INVOXA supports organisation and preparation; this page does not promise complete accounting, fulfilment of every statutory duty or automatic submission to a tax authority.

Your workflow

Three steps towards a clear routine

  1. Check that invoices, payments and receipts are complete.

  2. Resolve unclear transactions in a regular monthly review.

  3. Provide the required records in the agreed format.

In practice

Getting ready for a tax adviser meeting

You want to hand over a month of records for review. First investigate an outstanding invoice and a missing purchase receipt. Then assemble the requested documents. A short list of unresolved questions is more useful than an export containing amounts you cannot yet explain yourself.

FAQ

Common questions

Clear answers before you begin.

Does INVOXA replace a tax adviser?

No. It helps with organisation and preparation. Professional assessment and the obligations that apply to you still need appropriate review.

Is an income-and-expense list automatically complete bookkeeping?

No. Required records and procedures depend on the business. An overview alone does not confirm that all obligations have been met.

Can I export data for a handover?

Different export features are available. Check the required format and its plan permission before committing to a particular handover.

Do I need to install anything?

No. INVOXA runs in a browser. You need an account and an internet connection for the regular workflow.

Which features are available in my plan?

The current pricing comparison shows document allowances and included features. Customer management, expenses, team access and additional exports have their own permissions; free registration does not automatically unlock everything.
